THE ROYAL SAFARIS
A safari fit for Royalty and presidents offering the ultimate in luxury and comfort and featuring private home dining. You will be chauffeured by the elite of our driver guides. Where you fly between destinations, your next vehicle will be standing on arrival. For a supplementary charge you can be accompanied by a well known naturalist.
Day1 Nairobi. We will welcome you on arrival and assist you with airport formalities. At the luxurious Windsor golf and country club you will be met by as senior DAS manager and shown to your luxury cottage.
Day 2 Nairobi. A full day of golf at the club. Optional full and half day excursions available for non-fanatics. Overnight Windsor Golf and Country Club.
Day 3, 4 and 5 Samburu or Lewa Downs. Morning transfer to Wilson Airport for a scheduled service flight aircraft to Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive at the Airstrip and transfer to either Lewa downs or Larsens.
Lewa Downs is a privately owned ranch with accommodation in comfortable rooms in a family homestead.
The cuisine is excellent and you are part of the family with the ranch at your disposal for game drives. The ranch supports its own Rhino Sanctuary.
Larsens, Samburu, is a luxury-tented camp sited on the banks of the river. During the day you can relax by the river or drive in the park.
Day 6 and 7 Mount Kenya Safari Club. Drive in a 4xwheel drive vehicle to the Mount Kenya safari club. Founded by film star, William Holden, this club is set in 100 acres of gardens and considered one of the most exclusive clubs in the world.
Days 8, 9 and 10 Maasai Mara. In the morning, fly by scheduled air service to the Masai Mara. On arrival you will be transferred to a luxury tented camp where you will spend the next three nights. Your safari vehicle will be available at all times for game viewing.
Day 11 Nairobi. After breakfast fly scheduled air service to Nairobi for your lunch at the carnivore restaurant. The afternoon is free and dinner will be arranged at any restaurant of your choice.
Day 12 Indian Ocean. The safari ends with an escorted transfer to Nairobi airport for your homebound flight. But a stopover at the Kenya coast or in the seychells is recommended to round off the perfect safari experience.

These safaris for the discerning traveller allow for more time relaxing or game viewing at your destination rather than being on the road. We offer the best in accommodation, and air travel is by light aircraft on scheduled services.
Return transfers from Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport and in Mombasa are included in the tour price of all safaris by air.
Baggage allowance on all air safaris is limited to one bag per person, maximum weight 15kgs |
